In the cabinet lock market, German industry is renowned for its precision manufacturing and technological innovation, while China, with its complete supply chain and rapid response capabilities, has become a research and development hub for smart locks. Addressing the needs of German industrial customers for passive locks, Kerong has jointly developed an NFC passive cabinet lock system with a German electronics engineering company. This system, using low-power chips provided by NXP Semiconductors in Germany, enables unlocking via a mobile phone's NFC module without a battery, solving the maintenance pain point of battery replacement in industrial scenarios. This technology has been applied to ThyssenKrupp's smart tool cabinet project in Germany, with annual deliveries exceeding 100,000 units.

Kerong's self-developed Bluetooth smart cabinet lock APP has obtained Apple MFi certification, supporting QR code unlocking and remote management on both iOS and Android platforms. This cabinet lock has been widely adopted in Germany. In the German medical supply chain, Kerong has customized a smart medicine cabinet lock system for VYGON, integrating biometric fingerprint recognition and temperature and humidity monitoring. Designed with an IP66 protection rating certified by TÜV Germany, it ensures stable operation in extreme environments ranging from -20°C to 60°C. This system has been deployed in over 200 hospital pharmacies in Germany.

Addressing the digital upgrade needs of German manufacturing, Kerong's RFID smart glass door lock supports dual unlocking via the Tuya Smart APP. Through the industrial bus protocol provided by Bosch Rexroth, it can seamlessly integrate with MES systems. In the smart warehouse transformation at Siemens' Amberg plant, this lock achieved an average of 5,000 fault-free unlocking records per day.
