The intelligent locker control system is a modern storage management system integrating electronic technology, computer technology, automatic control technology, and intelligent identification technology. It eliminates the cumbersome traditional locker system using keys or paper vouchers, instead employing more advanced and intelligent identification and control methods to achieve automated and intelligent management of the lockers. Users can quickly and securely store and retrieve items with simple operations, greatly improving storage efficiency and ease of use.

China Kerong is a global supplier in the field of intelligent locker control systems. We have completed the development and application of intelligent locker control systems in more than ten countries around the world. Now, we will introduce the structural components of an intelligent locker control system:
1. Hardware Components of the Intelligent Locker Control System:
a. Locker Body. This is the physical carrier of the system, typically made of high-quality steel, possessing excellent sturdiness and durability. The interior of the locker is designed with multiple compartments of varying sizes to meet the storage requirements of different items. Each compartment is equipped with an independent door lock to ensure the safe storage of items. Kerong can freely customize the design of different lockers, including the locker material.
b. Control Terminal. Generally installed in a prominent position within the locker, this is the primary interface for user interaction with the system. The control terminal typically uses a touchscreen design, offering simple and intuitive operation. Users can perform operations such as storing, retrieving, and searching items via the touchscreen, while also viewing relevant system prompts.
c. Identification Devices. This is one of the core components of the intelligent locker control system. Common identification methods include card swiping, fingerprint recognition, facial recognition, and QR code recognition. Different identification methods have different characteristics and applicable scenarios. For example, card swiping is simple to operate and low-cost; fingerprint and facial recognition offer high security and uniqueness; QR code recognition is convenient and fast, suitable for today's widespread use of mobile devices.
d. Main Control Module. As the "brain" of the system, the main control module is responsible for receiving signals from the identification devices and processing and analyzing them. Based on the processing results, the main control module controls the corresponding locker door lock to open or close, and also records the operation information for later retrieval and management.
e. Communication Module. Used to enable data communication between the control terminal and the main control module, and between the main control module and the back-end management system. Through the communication module, the system can upload operational data in real time and receive instructions from the backend management system, enabling remote monitoring and management.
2. Software Components of the Smart Locker Control System:
a. Control Terminal Software: Installed on the control terminal, providing a user-friendly interface. Users can use this software to perform basic operations such as storing, retrieving, and searching items, and can also set personalized parameters such as language selection and volume adjustment.
b. Backend Management Software: Running on the server, this is the core of the entire system's management. The backend management software can monitor the usage of the lockers in real time, including locker door status, item storage status, and user operation records. Administrators can use the backend management software to perform user management, permission settings, data statistics and analysis, achieving comprehensive management and maintenance of the lockers.
Working Principle of the Smart Locker Control System:
When a user needs to store items, they first select the "Store" button on the control terminal, and then follow the system prompts to select the appropriate recognition method (such as card swiping, fingerprint recognition, facial recognition, or QR code scanning). After the system verifies the user's identity information, the main control module randomly assigns an available locker and unlocks the door. The user places their items into the locker and closes the door; the system automatically records the locker's usage status and the user's information. When the user needs to retrieve their items, they select the "Retrieve" button on the control terminal and use the same identification method for authentication. After successful verification, the system locates the corresponding locker based on the previously recorded user information and unlocks the door. After the user retrieves their items and closes the door, the system updates the locker's status to "Available."
Currently, the Kerong intelligent locker control system automates the storage and retrieval of items. Users no longer need to carry keys or paper vouchers; they can complete the process with simple identification, significantly saving time and effort. The efficiency and convenience of intelligent lockers are particularly evident in high-traffic areas such as shopping malls and train stations. We welcome companies with such needs to cooperate with us. We provide not only intelligent locker control systems but also complete solutions including intelligent locker bodies, intelligent locks, and intelligent management systems.
